As the Insight & Reporting Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong and proven track record of maintaining a large database and dataset.

Our client are looking for someone proficient in techniques to gather, store and manipulate information into a useable format for a variety of outputs – in a ranging number of systems.

First and foremost, the role will be working within a team of 9 to improve the way they work. Making existing processes more efficient and less process heavy. You'll be responsible, alongside the incumbent team, for enabling the insight analysts to complete the tasks asked by stakeholders – both internal to the service delivery team and also the wider teams.

The must haves

• Ability to demonstrate strong database skills
• Ability to demonstrate proven use of relevant tools (ETL, MariaDb, MySQL)
• Ability to demonstrate strong verbal, written and numerical skills
• Strong diplomatic and influencing skills
• Time management and prioritisation skills

• Telco and multimedia sector experience
• Experience with Anaplan
