Connor is a founder of William James Consultants alongside his long-term friend Will. Like many good recruiters, he is also a failed Rugby player. No, not due to an injury, due to his height he claims!

Connor has over 6 plus years recruiting within the Data & Analytics space, with a recent focus on Generative AI. He also founded a Generative AI community which enables us to add further value to our clients and candidates.

Outside of work you’ll find him out running or in the gym training calisthenics with a goal to run a Marathon, so if you need someone to go that extra mile, he is the man to speak to.
